Accreditation of the testing laboratory according to SIST EN ISO / IEC 17025 for non-destructive testing – Code LP-097
The test laboratory is accredited by the Slovenian Accreditation with a flexible scope of test methods. This means that the laboratory itself can adapt accredited test methods to new issues of already accredited standards but only for minor changes whose introduction into the quality management system can be done by the test laboratory itself.
The test laboratory Temat d.o.o. keeps a list of the latest issue of standards that are included in the flexible scope. The test laboratory uses this list to inform its clients and other interested parties by publishing the list on the Temat d.o.o website. Accreditation of the control body according to SIST EN ISO / IEC 17020 / A for non-destructive testing – Code K-133
The control body is accredited by the Slovenian accreditation with a flexible scope. The flexibility of the scope indicates that the control body may introduce minor changes to the accredited procedures without prior notification to SA. Such changes do not interfere with the techniques and principles of control, but are intended to adapt to new editions of normative documents, which include standards. The designations of normative documents and internal procedures are indicated in this case by the year or other designation of the edition in force at the time of issue of the annex. A note is provided below the table of the detailed description of the scope to explain the flexibility and where information on the current editions of these documents and procedures can be accessed.
In the case of a flexible scope, the control body shall maintain and publish an up-to-date list of accredited activities.
